Account deletion
This public page lets you request deletion of your HAJE account and associated app data without signing in or reinstalling the app.
If you can access HAJE, use Settings > Account > Delete account. This page remains available when you cannot access the app.
Send a request from the email address used for HAJE with the subject Account deletion request.
HAJE generally processes verified deletion requests within 30 days, with backup removal through normal rotation within up to 90 days.
Email support@haje-raon.com from the email address used for your HAJE account. Use the subject Account deletion request.
Include your HAJE account email and say that you want your HAJE account and associated app data deleted. If you cannot send the message from the same email address, include the HAJE account email so support can verify the request.
You do not need to sign in, reinstall the app, or have an active subscription to submit this request.
When account deletion is completed, HAJE deletes or de-identifies data directly linked to your HAJE account, including account identifiers, closet records, item records, wear logs, uploaded photos, generated app records, and support data tied to your account where deletion is not legally or operationally restricted.
Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, dispute handling, billing, tax, app store records, or customer support. Security or fraud logs may be retained for up to 12 months, and deleted data may remain in backups until backup rotation completes within up to 90 days.
Deleting your HAJE account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription, reverse a purchase, or create a refund. If you have an active Google Play or App Store purchase, manage cancellation or refund requests through the relevant store flow.
