HAJE is built around a private closet record. This policy explains what we process, why we process it, and how deletion and privacy requests work.

We process information to authenticate accounts, store records, run AI and style assistance, support Hive sharing, help users, and protect the service.
HAJE does not sell personal information or share private closet records, room messages, or style analysis data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may process account information, email address, authentication identifiers, language and region settings, closet records, item records, wear logs, photos you upload, chat action inputs and outputs, local lead requests, AI analysis results, item map and decision results, lookbook records, magazine and SNS package outputs, customer support messages, quality review reports, device, log, and error information.
If paid credit packs, promotional or reward credits, or optional credit plans are available, we may process purchase identifiers, receipts, entitlement status, credit balances, credit ledger entries, refunds, and billing support records. HAJE does not directly collect your full payment card details.
For style and sharing features, this can include style assignments, style profile summaries, manual style edits, shared and friend-voted style metrics, Hive room names and settings, invite code status, room membership and display names, room messages, votes, comments, candidate outfits, shared collections, and share-link metadata.
Photos may include faces, bodies, home interiors, or backgrounds that suggest location. HAJE does not use uploaded photos to provide face recognition that identifies you.
For outfit-splitting workflows, HAJE may attempt to redact face and head areas before sending an image to an external AI processor where technically feasible. If protection fails, the analysis may be blocked or require manual entry.
We use personal information for sign-in, photo storage and display, item analysis, outfit splitting, wear-log management, item map views, similar-item comparison, Home Chat Lite actions, local lead previews, lookbook and magazine generation, SNS package generation, credits, purchase or entitlement status checks, quality support review, security, error analysis, customer support, and legal compliance.
We also use it to provide style analysis and profile summaries, Hive rooms, friend sharing, invite and membership management, votes and comments, shared collections, and shared lookbook cards.
When you choose to use Hive, friend-sharing, or share-link features, the content and metadata you select may be visible to invited room members, participating users, or link recipients. This may include outfit photos, notes, style labels, votes, comments, collections, lookbook previews, and display names.
HAJE does not control screenshots, downloads, or onward sharing by recipients outside the service.
We may use providers for authentication, cloud hosting and storage, AI processing, app store payment verification, customer support, and operational monitoring. These may include Firebase or Google Identity Platform, Google Cloud, OpenAI, configured open-model infrastructure providers, the App Store, and Google Play.
HAJE does not sell personal information and does not share closet photos, wear records, chat action data, room messages, or style analysis data for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Account data and uploaded content are kept while your account is active. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days. Operational data is deleted or de-identified, and data remaining in backups is removed through backup rotation within up to 90 days.
Security logs and fraud-prevention logs may be kept for up to 12 months. Billing, tax, legal, support review, and dispute records may be kept for as long as necessary.
Room records, style analysis records, and share-link metadata are kept while your account or the relevant feature remains active.
You can start account deletion in the app settings. If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion through the account deletion web page or by emailing support@haje-raon.com.
Deleting your HAJE account, canceling a plan, requesting a refund, or using unused credits may be separate steps, and you should confirm them in the relevant store or purchase flow.
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing. We will not discriminate against users for exercising privacy rights.
HAJE is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
Personal information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
We will notify users of material changes through the app or web page.
