These Terms explain how HAJE can be used, what remains yours, and where AI or public information should be treated as helpful context rather than a final answer.

Categories, colors, care notes, similarity results, style profiles, shared style signals, and friend-vote signals may be wrong. You can review and edit results.
Hive rooms, invites, votes, comments, collections, and shared lookbook cards are private sharing tools. Share only what invited people should see.
HAJE provides private closet records, item registration, wear logs, photo-based AI tagging, item map views, similar-item purchase comparison, Home Chat Lite closet actions, no-partner local leads previews, monthly lookbook records, credit-priced lookbook magazine issues, SNS export packages, and related support tools. This includes style analysis, private Hive rooms and friend-sharing tools, invite codes, outfit votes and comments, shared collections, and shared lookbook cards.
Some features may be experimental, staged, quota-limited, credit-priced, entitlement-gated, unavailable in some regions, or changed as the service evolves.
Hive and friend-sharing features are optional private sharing spaces. You are responsible for what you share and whom you invite.
Room members may see content and metadata you submit to a room, including outfit photos, notes, style labels, votes, comments, selected candidates, collections, and linked lookbook content. Removing content, leaving a room, revoking an invite, or revoking a share link may not remove copies, screenshots, downloads, or reshares already made by recipients or external apps.
Upload only photos and information that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload illegal content, malware, content that violates another person's privacy, or content meant to disrupt the service.
Do not bypass security, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, scrape the service at abnormal scale, or make excessive automated requests.
HAJE Inc. may store, display, analyze, transform, back up, recover, and process your photos, item information, chat action inputs, wear records, room messages, votes, and style edits only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve HAJE.
HAJE will not use private closet photos or wear records in public marketing materials without your explicit permission.
AI output is informational. Categories, colors, materials, care information, similarity results, purchase-comparison results, local leads, chat responses, recommendations, lookbook panels, magazine outputs, style labels, style profiles, shared style signals, and friend-vote signals may be inaccurate.
For washing, repair, safety, donation, resale, styling, service, or purchase decisions, check original care labels, seller or provider details, professional advice, and your own judgment. Home Chat Lite is limited to closet actions and chat and is not a general AI chatbot, search assistant, or professional advice service.
Local leads preview may show public external candidate listings, shops, services, or references that appear relevant to a closet task. HAJE does not represent that these candidates are partners.
HAJE does not provide or guarantee booking, checkout, payment, pickup, delivery, partner assignment, seller claim, admin operations, inventory, price, availability, quality, legality, or fit for local leads.
Access to AI and premium features is controlled by quotas, credits, and entitlement settings. Credits may be granted by HAJE, earned as promotional or reward credits, or purchased through supported purchase flows where permitted.
Purchased credits are intended not to expire unless the purchase screen says otherwise. Bonus or promotional credits may expire when clearly labeled.
Prices, credit amounts, bonus-credit expiry, renewals if any, cancellations, paid lookbook magazine pricing, SNS package pricing, and refunds follow the purchase screen and the applicable store or purchase-flow policies.
Completed credit-priced lookbook magazine issues may be submitted for support review within the review window shown by the service. Support may review objective quality problems, subjective style mismatch, abuse patterns, credit adjustments, or regeneration eligibility. Submission does not guarantee an automatic refund or regeneration.
To the extent permitted by law, HAJE limits liability for service interruptions, data loss, AI result errors, local lead inaccuracies, and indirect damages arising from your purchase, styling, care, repair, donation, service, or wear decisions. This limitation also covers style analysis errors and friend-sharing actions.
You may request account deletion. When deletion is completed, account-linked closet data is deleted or de-identified, except where retention is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing, support, credit ledger records, tax, or dispute handling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada and applicable Canadian federal law, without limiting non-waivable consumer, privacy, or app store rights in your place of residence.
