This policy covers the HAJE company website and business inquiries sent to HAJE Inc. Haje Closet accounts, photos, wardrobe records, and product features are covered by the separate Haje Closet Privacy Policy. Client project data is also subject to the relevant service and data-processing agreements.

Information involved
If you email us, we receive your email address, the name and business contact details you provide, your message, and any attachments. The company pages do not provide an account, checkout, file-upload form, or embedded contact form. Please share only what is needed for an initial inquiry; do not send payroll records, employee information, passwords, or confidential system data by ordinary inquiry email.
Language preferences and tracking
When you select a language, the company website stores that choice in your browser using local storage (haje:company-locale). It also uses the language parameter in the page URL and may read your browser language to select English or Korean. You can remove the saved choice through your browser’s site-data settings. The company pages do not include advertising pixels or an analytics SDK, and their fonts are served from this website.
Hosting and service providers
The website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Hosting processes request information, including IP addresses, to deliver the site and detect abuse. Email correspondence is also processed by the email services used to send and receive it. Provider processing and storage locations can differ from your location, and applicable foreign laws may apply.
How inquiry information is used
We use information you send to respond, understand your requirements, discuss or prepare a potential engagement, and manage the resulting business correspondence. Technical request information supports website delivery and security. Sending an inquiry is not a newsletter subscription or permission for unrelated marketing.
Disclosure and project data
Website hosting and email providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. Any proposed access to client systems or employee, payroll, or other project data should be agreed separately, including the purpose, authorized access, and handling requirements.
Retention and protection
Inquiry correspondence is retained as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records, subject to applicable obligations. There is no single fixed retention period for every inquiry; contact us about your specific records. Avoid sending sensitive information in an initial email. Where a project requires confidential material, agree an appropriate transfer method and access controls with us first.

Contact support@haje-raon.com to ask about information held in connection with your inquiry, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are subject to applicable law and any required record retention. Browser language preferences can be cleared directly on your device.
